- 1902: Roneo is created
- 1934: Sansen is created
- 1938: Atal is created
- 1958: Ronéo factory opens in Noyon (Oise)
- 1987: Buyout of Sansen by Samas Groep
- 1990: Ronéo is bought out by Samas Groep
- 2004: Samas France Group goes into receivership (5 entities)
- 2005: Atal is bought out. Ronéo-Sansen-Atal merges with Samas France
- 2008: Opteamance takes over 90% of capital owned by Samas France
- 2009: MAJENCIA the new name for Samas farnce fully owned by Opteamance
- 2011: 12% of MAJENCIA’s capital owned by BNP PARIBAS Développement
